A: Yes. Our services can be performed in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.

Q: How are Robins Nest Cares caregivers selected?
A: All of our caregivers go through an intensive screening process, which includes a criminal background check.
Q: Can I choose my caregiver?
A: You are in control of who provides the care that you need. Before services begin, you will have a nurse visit to provide a free in-home evaluation. The information she gathers helps to select your caregiver for an ideal match. If for any reason you are unhappy with the caregiver assigned, a simple call to our office is all that's needed to make a change.

Q: How much does your in-home services cost?
A: Cost for our services vary from location area and hours needed per visit. We offer a minimum of 4 hours per visit up to 24 hours. We understand that care can be cost prohibitive for some, that's why we always offer two hourly rates to choose from (4hrs-8hrs & 9hrs-24hrs).
Q: Will my Medicare or Health Insurance pay for your services?
A: No. We provide non-medical in-home care, which is a step just under Home Health Care.
Q: Will my Long Term Care Insurance pay for your services?
A: Yes. We are a listed source for multiple Long Term Care Insurance companies. We will assist with your long-term insurance claim by sending the insurance company necessary documents regarding our company, client assessment and care plan. We will also continue sending them documentation needed every month.
